Ocean Breeze

This residential project included a complete remodel of a second unit of an ideally located townhome just a few steps from the beach.

The kitchen cabinets, the fireplace and built-in shelving wall, new flooring, paint, and renovation that brought the light back to this home and improved the investment for the owners.

This home was remodeled by a young couple that not only enjoyed the newly created functional and fresh coastal design spaces but also secured their first major home investment.
